GO BIG OR GO HOME!

Although an older model Amanda still has what it takes to show off a great figure and is not put off by the fact she has little modelling experience. Determined to feel good and empower female models Amanda struts her stuff well.

Recently I contacted Amanda via a friend and also a model to see if she would be up for the challenge. At first, she was not sure and gave herself time to think. Once Amanda had made a decision she threw herself into the idea 100%. Starting locally we got to work with a shoot on her home doorstep in South Wales. From there we planned another shoot and since then have completed several shoots to date. Amanda gives each shoot and project her all and puts everything into learning to pose and designing the style of the shoot including her hair and make-up. Recently she has discovered that her old way of applying make-up was not the way ahead when it comes to working with photographers out on location. Sometimes a little becomes more and can give a far better outcome to the image and portfolio.

Since Amanda has decided to start modelling she has gone from strength to strength using the "GO BIG OR GO HOME" approach. She has recently done some lingerie shoots in order to bring out her own self-confidence. She explained that if she did not try it now then she may never try it as she is getting older. Modelling does take a lot of patients, practice and dedication and takes a strong, confident person to be able to try it not always guaranteeing or being able to achieve good results. To Amanda's credit, I honestly think she has done exceptionally well. Although she has no plans to go professional Amanda is enjoying building a portfolio and confidence whilst having some fun with final image photography.
